The SEA Closed Qualifiers had teams scrambling for spots at the Minor and Major, but as Team Adroit and Lowkey Esports were on the verge of these spots, an unfortunate thing happened— their ISP’s gave up on them.

The other half of the opening series was between Cignal Ultra and Lowkey Esports as they vie for another shot at the Minor Qualifier. Cignal Ultra had the early game, but SamH and his boys at Lowkey started coming back as they began connecting their teamfight combos. From there they began taking objectives and grow a stable 10k networth over Cignal. By minute 27, the game was paused, followed by simultaneous disconnections from all of Lowkey. Everyone waited, but after 10 minutes, the casters stated that Lowkey could not reconnect. Cignal’s Abat apologized and began to unpause as they take down Lowkey and push to the throne, allowing Cignal to win the game at 30 minutes.

After this match is the opening Playoff series between Team Adroit and Fnatic. Apparently, the Filipino stack lived in the same village were Lowkey experienced their internet issue. Because of this, Team Adroit had to forfeit game 1 in their Bo3.
